Inpaqt was founded in 2001 by Prof. Dr. Felix Janszen to test innovation management theories. With a background in experimental sciences, he created mind mapping tools for stakeholder analysis and customer value propositions. These tools improved communication between diverse groups, even when their language differed.
Over the years, Inpaqt's tools have evolved, helping organizations from startups to large corporations like Shell, Unilever, and Dutch banks. In 2012, the software became cloud-based (SaaS), and in 2015, it incorporated machine learning to become more data-driven. Inpaqt's AI models, based on Bayesian Statistics, are designed to be transparent and understandable, ensuring users can experiment and understand cause-effect relationships.
Today, Inpaqt’s IMS SAAS solution supports innovation, transformation, and change management by facilitating continuous learning loops, diagnosis, solution application, and progress monitoring, involving all relevant stakeholders throughout the process.
